How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, delivery depends on your location. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.

-       Tracked & insured free shipping: about 12 – 21 days

-       Express shipping: about 10 – 15 days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take a day or two to activate — that’s normal, not a sign anything’s wrong.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated in a while?

International shipments sometimes pause in transit or at customs. If there’s been no movement for 10+ days, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly, depending on your country’s import rules and order value. Any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in your order total, since we’re unable to predict them in advance.
